At the beginning, it didn't work at all! After we replaced all of them, and re-set up the machine, the machine still noticed us drums were dying! We spent a lot of time to try to make it work, but the same problem just occurred again and again. Right now it works, but nobody knows when it'll stop working again.

Unfortunately the item wasn't the fit for the printer, but when placing the return order, the associate was very polite not many questions asked and was picked up within a day and the money refunded. Definitely great costumer service!

We bought a handful of these Brother Printers and not one of them seems to work correctly on a consistent basis. They are always running out of ink and have a lot of drum problems. Replacing these ink cartridges and now replacing drum units are costly and consume time.
I will never purchase this item again.
Even when a toner cartridge runs out I can't take the almost new toner out of the same model printer with a bad drum to use make at least one printer work. This is horrible.
Is there a place to 'recycle' this and get at least some of the massive amounts of money spent on these back?

The laser cartridges are over $60 a piece there are 4 that need to be replaced on a monthly basis. We have had it less then a year and the drums now need to be replacd for each toner cartridge and that is $150. The printer itself cost over $400. We thought laser would be better and faster but it is more costly and slow. Very disappointed with the product will never buy or suggest anyone to buy this again.
